PowerBI Robots has two license types - Standard and Premium⚓︎

*Multi Output is supported when using email, allowing you to combine a PDF or image as an attachment with images embedded in the email body.

Premium: PowerBI Robots Multi tenant⚓︎

You can add multiple users under the same PowerBI Robots Account ID to manage multiple playlists.

Centralized access management and improved collaboration.

Users can have different roles within the environment:

• Owner: Account creator
  • Can manage all the playlists
  • Has the ability to transfer the license to other tenants
  • Add new users to PowerBI Robots tenant
• Admin:
  • Can manage all the playlists
  • Add new users to PowerBI Robots tenant
• User:
  • Can only see and manage the playlists created by them

Standard: Single Account⚓︎

Only one account is used to manage and edit the playlists.

Trial⚓︎

To verify if the solution meets your needs, PBI Robots is available in a trial version for an unlimited period of time. However, you will experience a few limitations until you buy the license such as:

• the visuals will be rendered with a watermark on them
• limit on the number of playlists and recipients you can set - a maximum of 5.
• Auto sync PBI Robots Agent <--> Playlists is not available
