Playlist Expiration date

Set a date and time for playlists to stop executing automatically, ensuring:

• No accidental deliveries beyond the intended timeframe.

• Efficient management of time-sensitive campaigns.

• Enhanced control and security.

On the General tab of the playlist choose a date and time for the expiration.

When the PowerBI Robots Agent runs the playlist, it checks whether the expiration date has passed. If it has, the agent updates the playlist and disables it. Once disabled, the playlist will no longer run.

When executing after the expired date the playlist will show an Failed message similar to this example:
