Premium: PowerBI Robots Multi tenant
You can add multiple users under the same PowerBI Robots Account ID to manage multiple playlists.
Centralized access management and improved collaboration.
User can have different roles within the environment:
Owner: Account creator
Can manage all the playlists
Has the ability to transfer the license to other tenants
Add new users to PowerBI Robots tenant
Admin:
Can manage all the playlists
Add new users to PowerBI Robots tenant
User:
Can only see and manage the playlists created by them
Standard: Single Account
Only one account is used to manage and edit the playlists.
Trial
To verify if the solution meets your needs, PBI Robots is available in a trial version for an unlimited period of time. However, you will experience a few limitations until you buy the license such as:
the visuals will be rendered with a watermark on them
limit on the number of playlists and recipients you can set - a maximum of 5.
Auto sync PBI Robots Agent <--> Playlists is not available
