Standard vs Premium

PowerBI Robots has two license types - Premium and Standard

Premium: Multitenant Access

You can add multiple users under the same Account ID to manage multiple playlists

Centralized access management and improved collaboration.

Roles within the environment:

• Owner: Account creator

  • Can manage all the playlists

  • Has the ability to transfer the license to other tenants

• Admin:

  • Can manage all the playlists

• User:

  • Can only see and manage the playlist created on the account

Standard: Single Account

Only one account is used to manage and edit the playlists

Trial

To verify if the solution meets your needs, PBI Robots is available in a trial version for an unlimited period of time. However, you will experience a few limitations until you buy the license such as:

- the visuals will be rendered with a watermark on them

- limit on the number of playlists and recipients you can set - a maximum of 5.

- Auto sync PBI Robots Agent <--> Playlists is not available
